Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of worldschoolpassport.com and, once you're invited in, the Worldschool Passport app, operated by The Freedom Atlas. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you a place to be considered for testing. It isn't a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee of access by any particular date. We'll email you if a spot opens up.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist or create an account. A child's profile inside the app must be created and managed by their parent or guardian, you're confirming that when you add one.

The app is in testing

Worldschool Passport is under active development. Features, the AI-generated content, and how the app works may change without notice, and things may break. Adventures, lessons, and treasure hunts are generated by AI based on your destination and your child's interests. We aim for them to be accurate and age-appropriate, but you should use your own judgment, especially for anything involving physical activity, safety, or a location you haven't verified yourself.

Your content

Photos and details you add to your child's adventures remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display them back to you within the app, and nowhere else, we don't publish or share your family's photos or personal adventures.

Our content

The Worldschool Passport name, design, and the app itself belong to The Freedom Atlas. You can use the AI-generated lessons and treasure hunts for your own family's learning, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.

No warranty

The website and app are provided as-is, especially during testing. We don't guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Freedom Atlas isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or app. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app moves from testing to full launch. We'll post the updated version here with a new date.
